When it comes to blood pressure and understanding what the optimal level should be, it’s important to make the distinction between what normal/healthy level blood pressure is and what your doctor says it should be. Before I go into details about a healthy blood pressure range, the top number of a blood pressure reading is known as the systolic number and the bottom number is the diastolic number. The top value (systolic) of the blood pressure reading indicates the pressure of the blood in the arterial walls while the heart is beating. The bottom value (diastolic) measures the pressure against artery walls while the heart is at rest between heart beats.
Currently, the healthy blood pressure range promoted by the American Heart Association is 120/80. In the past the recommended range was 140/90. Not to sound conspiratorial, but wouldn’t making the “recommended” range much lower sell more hypertensive medications? Yes it would, but I digress.
High blood pressure is one of the health markers associated with the diagnosis of something called metabolic syndrome. The graphic below lists off the entirety of afflictions for those diagnosed with metabolic syndrome.
So what causes hypertension in the first place? Being obese is definitely associated with an increased risk of hypertension as well as hyperinsulinemia (high insulin) and dysglycemia (irregular blood sugar levels). If the levels of insulin influence blood pressure, then we can deduce the cause of unstable blood glucose and high insulin is caused by a dietary ingestion of something that causes blood glucose to spike (and also insulin). Carbohydrates have the most dramatic impact on raising blood sugar and the pancreas to secrete insulin to lower blood glucose as a countermeasure to protect the body.
The best method to lower blood pressure is to reduce carbohydrates and to balance sodium and potassium levels. It isn’t high salt that necessarily causes high blood pressure but the sodium to potassium ratio isn’t what it should be. The recommended daily allowance of potassium is 4,700 milligrams. If more sodium is consumed than potassium then the blood pressure values may reflect the imbalance. Potassium to sodium ratio should be around 4:1 to keeps blood pressure in a normal range. Something I implement into my electrolyte regimen is something called “no-salt”. It is a potassium chloride salt substitute. I don’t use it to avoid salt, but rather add more potassium to balance levels. You can get “no-salt” at your local grocery store and you’ll be surprised how well it works to regulate healthy blood pressure levels.
Speaking from anecdotal perspective, in the last year I’ve consumed copious amounts of sodium, but also have added potassium to keep my levels balanced. My blood pressure numbers are the best they’ve been in many years. I’ve also lost a good amount of weight since incorporating an animal based diet, so I’ll also attribute that to healthier blood pressure levels as well.
When we were growing up, our folks taught us about the concept of criminality and nefarious behavior. We were told that bad people that have no scruples and commit crimes. Unfortunately for us, the people that control the money, the banks, a portion of congress, and pass many of the laws are believers in population control (reduction) and the philosophy of eugenics. Eugenics is the concept of influencing human genetics to optimize the quality and integrity of the human race. This may sound like a noble ambition, however the practices used by the global elite are not only unethical, but also inhumane. The make foods with toxic ingredients, fluoridate the water and spray the skies with toxic metals in an effort to control the climate. The globalists also try to aspire citizens to be advocates for expanded government and fewer freedoms. The way they introduce these ideas is part of a mindset called the hegelian dialectic. This involves creation of a crisis(caused by the globalists) , various problems or complications stemming from the crisis, and the solution to solve the problems caused from said crisis. During the chaos, citizens will be more likely to surrender their freedoms if it’s in the name of safety.

At first glance the goals of the plan sound altruistic, but the actual goals are to centralize power to fuel an installation of a one world global government. There are a few institutions behind this agenda including: Black Rock, Vanguard, and State Street. These corporations are some of the largest landowners in the world.
Much of their listed goals has to do with education, conservation of natural resources, human equality, and ending poverty/hunger. These are all great causes to be in favor of improving, however it poses a big problem. Laetrile, amygdalin or the more common unofficial name vitamin b17, is a chemical (nitrocide) found in various foods and has been shown to be a highly effective against cancer. Laetrile is found in foods like: berries, nuts, legumes, and sprouts. Laetrile is more highly concentrated in fruit with seeds/pits: apple seeds, peach pits, cherry pits, plum pits, and pear seeds. However, the most potent form of laetrile is found in apricot kernels and bitter almonds. Unfortunately, bitter almonds have been banned in the United States, but apricot kernels are available online. When someone is first learning about laetrile, the chemical structure of laetrile may look scary at first. The chemical composition of laetrile involves: two atoms of glucose, one atom of cyanide, and one atom of benzaldehyde. When I write my blog posts, I try to minimize the expression of my political stances, religious beliefs, general biases and overall opinions. However, when I study a natural substance like laetrile containing deadly poisons, that don’t kill us (because of the protective enzyme within the body), but instead have healing properties that specifically target harmful cells (unlocking enzyme found in cancer cells); in my opinion, the very function of laetrile provides tremendous evidence of a divine creator. In this post I will give a rundown of the class of GLP-1 agonist drugs like Wegovy and Ozempic. In this post I will cover the good and bad of Ozempic specifically. Ozempic is a once a week injectable drug that is mostly used for weight loss control and diabetes management.
The benefits of Ozempic
One of the most popular drugs in the last few years is Ozempic. The main factor for the wide use of Ozempic is the overall effectiveness it has for weight loss. It also has been prescribed to diabetics to control blood glucose levels. Ozempic is part of a class of drugs known as GLP-1 agonists. GLP-1 agonists refer to glucagon like peptide 1. An Agonist in biochemistry are elements introduced to an organism that attach to a receptor and cause a physiological response. The physiological response in this case greatly causes a reduced appetite from the glucagon-like peptide released.
Negative consequences of Ozempic
In a few other posts I talked about the hormone glucagon and the role of importance it has on a healthy metabolism. GLP-1 agonists are made of a synthetic hormone and the injection of an artificial form of it can potentially have detrimental effects with long term use, but more studies are needed to be conducted to say definitively. Another pitfall that Ozempic has is the weight that is being lost is not solely body fat, but much of the weight is muscle mass and can cause lower bone density….not good. Rapid deterioration of muscle mass is called sarcopenia and a DEXA scan has revealed patients body composition have experienced this while on Ozempic.
Furthermore, they found patients that discontinued used of Ozempic had difficulties gaining the lost muscle mass back and difficult to re-lose body fat. Some side unpleasant side effects have been reported by many of those taking Ozempic. Some of those are nausea, vomiting, fatigue and digestive issues. The digestive complications from Ozempic are gastroparesis which causes the food digestion process to slow and causes food malabsorption issues. I’m just speculating but the appetite suppression from the drug provides may be due in part of how long the food is in the digestive system. One of the other benefits from Ozempic I talked about was blood glucose control, but Ozempic can cause glucose to drop to dangerously low hypoglycemic ranges.

In my early years of school I would get crippling anxiety and sometimes I would get so upset I made myself sick. Around 6th grade of so, my teachers wanted to address my short attention span and behavioral problems in class. They diagnosed me with attention deficit disorder and prescribed me adderall. The adderall did not help and went off of it after a few months (Years later I would learn why the adderall didn’t help) [see the post on the [Flexner report] In the summer of 2004 as I was entering my senior year of high school, I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and was hospitalized in a psych ward at swedish american hospital in rockford. When I was released, I had been prescribed multiple medications. I call this time period “the zombie years”. When I graduated high school I attempted to find work and was employed with KSB Hospital in the housekeeping department. I was at KSB for nearly 5 years when I had a relapse and had to be hospitalized in early 2010. This time when I was released, I resumed working at KSB and despite being on medication I was struggling to stay focused on the job. One day as I was taking out the trash at the back of the building. While emptying the trash, I lit up a cigarette and little did I know someone from administration saw this. The next day I was fired on the spot. Sorry Julie!
After years of being on medication, I decided to do research for alternative alleviation mental disorders. Even at 17 years old I knew deep down that there was a better way to find relief and alleviation or even elimination of most symptoms. Years later I would find out what that was. Nutrient therapy uses the power of nutrients to correct various imbalances that can cause irregular brain chemical levels. There are surprisingly only a handful of nutrients that can mean the difference between a normally functioning brain and an abnormally functioning one. Some of them are surprising to discover. I would liken using prescription drugs to remedy a condition (mental illness or other conditions) to having a sinkhole in your yard and covering it up with a tarp. A hair follicle analysis (heavy metal test), a urine specimen(kryptopyrrole test), and blood serum (vitamin/mineral test) labs were all done to construct a full picture of a nutrient profile. After receiving the lab results I was absolutely amazed to discover 3 major nutrient imbalances. The labs concluded my kryptopyrroles were elevated(kryptopyrroles are proteins that rob the body of nutrients and can cause deficiencies over time), copper/zinc imbalance (copper overload and inadequate zinc), and % of free copper(excess copper that acts a free radical).
The overwhelming health concern for any brain disorder is an oxidative stress overload (chronic inflammation). Certain nutrients with antioxidant properties are the key to establishing a healthy balance of beneficial metals and purging the system of harmful free radicals.
The powdered multivitamin I was taking had a very high dose of copper. After the discovery of alarmingly high copper levels, I realized I was pouring gas on the fire by my daily vitamin regimen. Although I am a strong believer in a high quality multivitamin (particularly a highly absorbable powdered one) it was problematic for me because of the copper overload.

Epigenetics and the MTHFR Enzyme

Epigenetics is the study of environmental insults that impact our genetics. Certain genes can be switched on and switched off. Various stimuli influence which genes are being expressed. For instance, toxic mold within your home can negatively impact your gene expression and make sickness more likely.
The MTHFR (methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase) gene is a large enzyme largely involved in a process called the methylation cycle. The methylation cycle involves multiple methyl groups (One carbon atom bound to 3 hydrogen atoms-CH3) that use raw materials: vitamins, minerals, and amino acids to make neurotransmitters. In a way it’s like an assembly line at a factory, if a SNP interferes with the production of neurotransmitters, a serious problem occurs. It is important to note there are several enzymes that influence production of neurotransmitters. The MTHFR enzyme is the largest enzyme involved in the methylation cycle, so it tends to be the culprit of a methylation disorder. Think of an enzyme (like the MTHFR) as a hard drive partition on a computer. If the partition is inaccessible (corrupted) it is unable to read the data. And is also the case for various enzymes in the methylation cycle.

When it comes to genetics we are all 99.9% identical. It’s the .1% difference that makes us unique.
Think of our genes as computer code. If something is out of order (SNP) it can cause complications. And the larger the enzyme is, the more likely it is to have a snp within the genetic sequencing.
The graphic above illustrates the “brain chemical factory”. Once brain chemicals are created they travel through the brain neurons. The pre-synaptic neuron carries the brain chemicals(neurotransmitters) into the synapse. The synapse is the site where the neurotransmitters are exchanged with the receptor neuron. This influences our mood depending on which neurotransmitters are present and the duration they remain in the synapse. Once the receptor neuron absorbs the neurotransmitters, the reuptake process begins. This is one of the reasons SSRI(selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor) drugs are used to treat those suffering from depression. The drugs artificially delay the re-uptake process to keep neurotransmitters in the synapse for a longer period of time.
One of the many problems with conventional psychiatry is the generic umbrella diagnosis of depression. Doctors assume depression is a caused by the brain not making sufficient levels of serotonin. Iodine is an essential trace element (a member of the halogen family on the periodic table of elements). Iodine comes from ocean vegetation like seaweed (kelp), seafood, eggs, some dairy products, and can also be extracted from salt deposits from mountainous regions. There a few things to note when it comes to the different types of iodine and iodine quality. Aside from the medical grade iodine (sometimes used to sterilize wounds and injection sites), there are three main types of iodine used as a dietary supplement. Atomic iodine or nascent iodine is the most pure and the most bioavailable form because true nascent iodine isn’t bound with any additional compound other than the iodine itself. There are also iodine tablets also called “Iodoral” that contain elemental iodine as well as iodide(iodide is elemental iodine bound with another mineral to make it water soluble, usually potassium). Many people purport to have better luck with bioavailability with the capsules and the ease of using the tablets, rather than the liquid iodine.
Selenium is an essential trace mineral that is a co-factor to convert T-4(inactive thyroid hormone) to the active form of thyroid hormone (T-3). Eating a few Brazil nuts each day is an excellent way to get adequate amounts of selenium through the diet.
The most common iodine is Lugol’s solution iodine and although the strength may vary(2% – 5%), it is made of 1/3 of molecular and 2/3 potassium iodide. If you live in a non-coastal region, (like the Midwest) then I implore you to look into adopting an iodine supplementation program. There is a book called “the iodine crisis: what you don’t know about iodine can wreck your life” by Lynne Farrow and Dr. David Brownstein.
This book gives insight to the impact of the iodine deficiency epidemic is having on our modern society. I just started reading it and may add more information to this post if I feel it is pertinent. In the opening chapter, the author explains how severely deficient she was in iodine despite eating a good amount of seafood.
Dr. Brownstein urges people that start an iodine regimen, to do what he calls a “salt loading protocol”. Using a high quality salt like Redmond’s sea salt, Celtic sea salt, or pink Himalayan sea salt. Adding salt to filtered water encourages that harmful halogens are purged from the body. This will also help mitigate detoxification side effects tremendously.
Important note: iodine is critically important for a mother trying to conceive a pregnancy and especially important for a baby in utero. Having a prenatal vitamin as well as iodine is essential to ensure your baby has all the critical nutrients for proper development.
Additional note: The thyroid is responsible for the regulation of body temperature. So if you’re constantly feeling cold all the time, you could be iodine deficient! Iodine is not only needed by the thyroid, but every cell of the human body needs and uses iodine. Iodine is also necessary for the immune system in the creation of white blood cells.
Yet another note: Iodine is a co-factor for insulin, so diabetics can add some iodine to encourage the pancreas to produce insulin to be able to stabilize their blood glucose levels. Iodine is also a heavy metal chelator. Iodine binds to toxic metals and are purged from tissues and excreted from the body.

Iodine deficiency dangers
Hypothyroidism (Hashimoto’s disease) is a condition which the thyroid gland is under-performing and is unable to make an adequate amount of thyroid hormones for the body to function properly. If you suspect you have an abnormally functioning thyroid gland, go to a doctor to have a thyroid panel conducted. It’s always better to have a test done and find out your thyroid is functioning properly rather than suffering in silence without doing anything to improve your condition. When you have the test done, be sure to ask for them to check for the following test markers: a TSH(thyroid stimulating hormone) with a healthy range of 1.5-2 mU/L (milliunits per liter) if the TSH levels are higher than 5 then it is indicative of an underactive thyroid. (An interesting thing about thyroid stimulating hormone is that it is produced by the pituitary gland). Other markers to consider would be the free T3(triiodothyronine) and free T4(thyroxine) numbers. The optimal range for these numbers can vary depending on age and gender. If you do happen to have a thyroid dysregulation, instead of opting for prescription drugs try adding a good quality iodine supplement to your daily regimen. It is very possible to reverse an autoimmune disease using a high quality source of iodine and eating a healthy diet.
A more accurate test would be the 24 hour iodine urinary test. During this test, a lab collects urine samples in a 24 hour span. The test reveals how much iodine is excreted in the urine and provides data to determine how much iodine is being absorbed and if iodine levels are sufficient.
The incidences of patients being diagnosed with cancer are on the rise and it has become an epidemic over the years and it seems to show no signs of slowing down. In this post I will outline 7 ways to minimize cancer risk. I can understand the skepticism when hearing claims of holistic medicine having the capability to remedy incurable diseases. A preventative approach may be more favorable as well as easier to implement rather than waiting until there are no other options.
1 Eat Organic Food/Avoid GMO’s ,Processed Foods, and Seed Oils

The half-life of seed oils in the body is over two years. Since the fatty acids accumulate in the body tissue, they last much longer than other dietary fats.
Eating organic ensures you get the full benefits of the food and no cancer causing chemicals. 2 Double Down On Antioxidants
Antioxidants are a powerful tool to have in your arsenal to stave off cancer. Antioxidants are important because of their ability to reduce oxidative stress and decrease inflammation. Oxidative stress (free radicals) is the byproduct of our cells manufacturing energy. Free radicals aren’t paired to any electrons so they are unstable and can cause diseases over time. Getting your antioxidants from food is ideal, but getting enough of them is difficult to accomplish. Antioxidants can be vitamins, minerals, metals or amino acids. Some foods and supplements have something called an ORAC score. ORAC stands for oxygen radical absorption capacity. The higher the score, the higher the ability to reduce free radicals. Below is a list of antioxidants and the foods that have the most potent sources of them.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin, so it isn’t dangerous to consume in high amounts. In fact a scientist named Linus Pauling demonstrated you are able to take megadoses of vitamin C and have no negative consequences. It is important to point out that there is a synthetic form of vitamin C called ascorbic acid. It should be avoided, because it can cause vitamin C deficiency. 3 Minimize Exposure To Toxins
Eating healthy foods and supplementation is half the battle. The other half of the battle is avoiding toxins so it doesn’t bog down your body and make you sick. Some things are impossible to avoid (geoengineering), but it is still worthwhile to address the issue and detoxify your system occasionally. Filtering drinking water is very important, because of the numerous chemicals added. Fluoride is a cancer causing chemical that calcifies glands, causes infertility and decreases IQ. A 5 stage reverse osmosis system is an excellent way to have clean drinking water available whenever you need it.
Indoor air is also found to contain more pollution than the air outdoors, so filtering air is also very important to minimize toxic pollutants. Bisphenol A (BPA) is a chemical that is found in various plastics, money, receipts, and canned foods. BPA is believed to cause cancer and is an endocrine disruptor. When buying canned foods look for BPA free on the label. As for handling money and receipts, be sure to wash hands shortly afterwards. It is important to note that using hand sanitizer increases the absorption of BPA when you’re exposed to it. Avoiding vaccines is essential, because they aren’t effective and highly toxic.
4 Reduce Stress/Adequate Sleep
Reducing stress and getting enough sleep is highly beneficial to your health. The body does much of its detoxification while you’re asleep. Avoiding blue light (TVs, computers, and cell phones) an hour before bed helps increase melatonin production and makes it easier to fall asleep. Magnesium citrate is an incredibly effective supplement to be able to get to sleep fast. I like to recommend magnesium citrate, because it works very well and most people are deficient in magnesium. Meditation is a great way to reduce stress and also to prepare for bedtime. Sitting in a quiet room with minimal light and no distractions is ideal.
5 Limit/Eliminate Sugar
Sugar feeds cancer cells and also encourages cancerous cells to form. Sugar also causes nutrient deficiencies making us more prone to disease. The less you consume sugar the better. Also, the less you consume sugar you’ll want less of it. Candida is a fungus in the gut that grows when sugar is consumed. Candida greatly influences sugar cravings and cravings diminish over time when minimizing sugar intake. It is also important to note that having diabetes dramatically increases cancer risk.
6 Exercise
Exercising has many benefits, one of them is cancer prevention. Exercise increases oxygen to the respiratory system and the circulatory system. Increased oxygen optimizes body functions and encourages promotes overall wellness. Exercise is a general mood booster and promotes a positive outlook. Being active also allows you to be more conscious of healthy decisions throughout the day. Exercise increases insulin sensitivity which helps the pancreas use insulin more efficiently.
7 Fasting/Detoxing
Detoxing may seem a little hippy dippy, but hear me out. No matter how healthy you live, detoxification is a necessity. If you’re experiencing fatigue, gut distress, constant sickness, or have brain fog, consider adopting a detox or cleansing regimen. The main focus points for a detox would be the body’s detoxification organs: kidneys, liver, intestines, and colon. An effective detox program would be a 72 hour water fast. Three days of fasting regenerates the entire immune system through a process called autophagy. Autophagy is a process of the body destroying weak cells, reinforcing normal cells, and creating new cells.
Liver support can be found from cruciferous vegetables like: broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, and asparagus. There are various herbs to cleanse the liver as well. Milk thistle and turmeric are excellent herbal detoxifiers and can be found in a supplemental form.
Kidney support can be found in foods like: kidney beans, cinnamon, garlic, onion, cranberries, beets, lemons, and spinach.
And to kill two birds with one stone (or 3 if you separate the small and large intestines), the colon and intestines are important, because they are responsible for the elimination of toxins. Eating prebiotic rich foods is a powerful method to strengthen flora in the gut. Prebiotics are foods that are high in fiber and feed the healthy bacteria (probiotics) in our system as well as keep us regular. A very serious problem that affects around 90% of the population are parasitic infections. Parasites can cause havoc on the digestive system and cause extreme tiredness, brain fog, cancer, and numerous other complications. Fasting helps tremendously with parasites, but certain foods and supplements are extremely effective. Pumpkin seeds are great to paralyze the worms and allow them to pass through the system naturally. Clove, wormwood, and black walnut husks are very effective as well. Coffee enemas are effective to cleanse the liver, intestines, and colon. Coffee enemas also boost glutathione production dramatically.

The carnivore diet also can be referred to as a “zero carb diet” and consists primarily of animal based foods. The carnivore diet can also be classified as a type of ketogenic diet. Ketogenic diets promote eating very low carb, high fat, and a moderate level of protein. Eating this way normalizes blood glucose, lowers insulin, and generates high levels of ketones, which can be used by the body as fuel.
Many carnivore diet gurus on the internet praise the nutritional qualities of red meat. The health benefits of red meat are given high praise for good reason. It is rich in all of the b vitamins, many essential minerals like sodium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, copper, zinc and packed with protein with all 9 of the essential amino acids needed for survival. Essential nutrients are a particular type of nutrient that we need to live, but need to obtain through dietary means or supplementation, because the human body is unable to create the nutrients endogenously.
Circling back to the animal based and the nutritional aspect of carnivore, there are virtually zero carbs in most animal foods. Some animal foods that do have carbs like shellfish, eggs, organ meats, and milk. Milk actually has all three macronutrients: protein, fat, and carbohydrate. The mission of many people starting a carnivore diet is weight loss, but many carnivore influencers promote the overall health benefits and health optimization carnivore provides. Some other benefits of the carnivore diet are: normalized blood pressure, stable blood glucose, improved insulin sensitivity, positive mood, balanced hormones, healthy libido, increased athletic performance, appetite control and elimination of food cravings.

Carnivore Diet Influencers
Dr. Ken Berry is a prolific voice online and has a YouTube channel. After watching his video on the carnivore diet, it inspired me to start carnivore last summer. Dr. Berry has a great approach on explaining health topics in his videos, as well as sprinkling a bit of humor throughout on occasion. I chuckle every time he says grass fed, panda-massaged meat. Here’s a video of Dr. Berry explaining how to get started with the carnivore diet.
What Makes the Carnivore Diet Different From Other Diets?
As I mentioned above, the carnivore diet heavily emphasizes consumption of animal based foods only. Many carnivore experts sing the praises of meats from ruminant animals in particular (I’ll discuss more about what animals are ruminants, what classifies animals as ruminants, and what the benefits are for eating meat from ruminant animals).
The goal of the carnivore diet is to consume as few carbs as possible and only consume nutrient rich foods, like red meat. Cutting out high glycemic carbohydrates offers the body an opportunity to normalize blood glucose levels and causes insulin levels to drop drastically. With insulin levels being low, the body is able to release and mobilize body fat through a process called lipolysis(fat burning).
Dr. Anthony Chaffee is an American neurosurgeon that practices in Australia and enlightens many people about the benefits of carnivore on his YouTube channel. Dr. Chaffee even gave a lecture called “Plants are Trying to Kill You”. In this lecture he highlights the harmful anti-nutrients found in plants that are edible (oxalates, lectins, tannins, hormone disrupters, cyanide, phytates, and even carcinogens) and states they can be problematic for those dealing with a leaky gut or autoimmune disorders. He continues to say fiber is not needed for optimal health and can cause bowel issues if fiber is over consumed.
It recommended to do a high fat version of carnivore to avoid a dangerous condition from excess protein called “rabbit starvation”, which is another term for protein poisoning. Generally you want to consume 70% of your calories from fat and for others 80% is ideal, and 20%-30% protein respectively. Consuming dietary fat and in particular saturated fat, has many health benefits. Fats balance many hormones (leptin, ghrelin, insulin, testosterone, and estrogen), acts as a co-factor for absorption of fat soluble vitamins: A,D,E, and K, blunts the rise of blood glucose acting as a buffer, and keeps appetite at bay for longer period of time.
Ruminant Animals: What they are and the benefits of eating meat from ruminant animals
Ruminants are animals with multi-chambered stomachs. The food that the animals consume is thoroughly broken down and processed through their elaborate digestive system. Many carnivore dieters swear by the benefits meat from ruminant animals offers them. It does make sense why the meat from these creatures would be cleaner and healthier than the meat from a mono-gastric(single stomached) animal. Dr. Berry said the beauty of eating ruminant meat is that you could feed them junk food and the animal will still yield clean and healthy meat! Some ruminant animals include: cows, lamb, sheep, goats, bison, and deer.
The Lion Diet
Mikhaila Peterson is an advocate for a type of carnivore diet that she devised called: “the lion diet”. Mikhaila Peterson is the daughter of Jordan Peterson the psychologist, public speaker and internet influencer.
Mikhaila has quite the story to tell about her experience with the carnivore diet. She’s had to overcome many health challenges and found great relief from eating an animal based diet. Some health conditions she dealt with include: arthritis, dermatitis/psoriasis, severe allergies, anxiety, respiratory infections, asthma and symptoms of a mental disorder.
